STHUTISU is a traditional manufacturer of high-quality, 100% pure pooja essentials since 1985, specializing in:

  • Pure Turmeric Powder

  • Pure Kumkum Powder

  • Deepam Oil

  • Twisted Wicks

  • Agarbatti

  • White & Colour Rangoli Powder

  • Vibuthi (Sacred Ash)

3. Intended Use of Products

3.1 All products manufactured and sold by STHUTISU are intended strictly for:

  • Festival usage (e.g., Mahashivratri, Makar Sankranti, and other traditional occasions)

3.2 Products are not intended for medicinal, cosmetic, therapeutic, or edible use, unless explicitly stated.

3.3 Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring safe storage (cool, dry place)

  • Keeping products away from children where applicable

 

4. Product Disclaimer

4.1 While we ensure purity and quality to the best of our knowledge:

  • Products made from natural ingredients may differ slightly between batches.

4.2 We do not guarantee:

7.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch of goods.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

8.1 Due to the nature of pooja products, returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Incorrect product delivered

8.2 Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8.3 Proof (photo/video evidence) may be required for validation.

8.4 Refund or replacement will be processed only after verification.

8.5 No returns will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Improper storage after delivery

 

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, packaging concepts, marketing content, and digital materials associated with STHUTISU are the exclusive property of the Company.

No part may be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Used commercially

without prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product in question.

  • We are not responsible for spiritual, religious, or ritual interpretations associated with product usage.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Transport strikes

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
